Identifying Your Yoga 2.5 hours

Do you like attending yoga sessions but aren’t sure if you’ve found a style that truly suits you? We will examine which yoga types involve which movements in this course and discover how to modify the various poses to suit our individual needs (health, age, cultural background). We are prepared for a very positive and secure practice when we acquire the skills necessary to modify any yoga session to fit our own bodies.
