Jessica Luckas

Since 2008, I have been guiding people on their journey to greater balance, ease, and joy. My deep commitment to holistic health, yoga philosophy, and Eastern healing practices has inspired me to immerse deeply in diverse cultures and healing traditions across the world.

While living and working throughout Southeast Asia, I gained unique insights into the profound wisdom of Eastern health traditions. Working closely with spiritual teachers and integrating these teachings daily has shown me how transformative they can be for both the body and the mind. Yoga means “union,” connecting body, mind, and breath in a holistic practice. It’s accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. In our classes, I teach traditional yoga, which goes beyond physical postures (Asanas) to include breathing practices (Pranayama) and meditation. Breath and movement flow together to calm the mind, giving you the opportunity to fully experience this integrative tradition.
Each session begins with a short relaxation to arrive in the present and center yourself. This is followed by Asana and Pranayama, and we close with a final Meditation or Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep). Every class is unique and adapts to participants’ needs. We focus on a specific theme in each course, but each session is flexible and can be adjusted to ensure everyone benefits.
Yes, no prior experience is needed. Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot. Comfortable, flexible clothing and a non-slip mat are ideal. For final relaxation, I recommend bringing a blanket. Optional props like cushions or yoga blocks are also welcome.
Yoga isn’t about keeping up with others. It’s about being in the present moment and consciously experiencing the connection between breath and movement. Each participant is encouraged to adapt the practice to their unique needs. I teach traditional yoga that helps you develop your personal practice free from external expectations or comparisons. Everyone has different physical conditions and challenges, and our classes focus on helping you find your own pace and balance.
